We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Below is our return policy:

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes, and style changes in exchange for a store credit only. We do NOT offer refunds unless an item arrives with a manufacturing fault.

All returned items must be full price, in their original condition, not worn, not washed, with tags still on and no odours. If these conditions are not met, the return will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.

Returned items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Tallula Swim is not responsible for lost or damaged items when returning and do not refund shipping costs.
